StayPaperless provides a cloud-based platform for tax professionals and accounting firms that includes electronic signature capabilities, document management, client portal functionality, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Our electronic signature functionality is designed to comply with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). By using our e-signature features, you consent to conducting transactions electronically and acknowledge that electronic signatures have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service to you. We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption to protect your data.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StayPaperless Software Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayPaperless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StayPaperless and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
